How old do you need to be to get a tattoo at your studio?In accordance with 15A NCAC 18A .3200, any client wishing to receive a tattoo must be least 18 years of age. A valid ID must be presented at the time of scheduling.

Is your studio 'Family Friendly?This is not the place for small children or those offended by nudity, profanity, or adult subject matters.

Do you accept walk-ins?Yes. We do accept walk-in clients. However, we always recommend scheduling a consult with one of our artist so they can dedicate their time and energy to understanding the work you would like done. This also allows you the discuss budget and appointment schedule.

Do you have a deposit policy?Yes. A booking and deposit fee must be paid by ALL clients when scheduling a session. A reasonable booking fee ranges from $100-$200, depending on the scope/size of your tattoo. This fee will be applied toward the final price of the tattoo services performed. *All booking & deposit fees must be made with a debit or credit card at the front desk. The fee is non-refundable. *Deposits should not be given directly to your artist.

What if I am late or miss my appointment?If you are more than 30 minutes late without calling ahead of time, you will be considered a no-call no-show and will lose your appointment to the next client on the waitlist.

When do I need to pay for the work done for me?Payment for services rendered will be collected immediately after the work is completed.

Getting ready for the big day.Bring your I.D. to your appointment. We cannot tattoo you without it. Eat a meal at least 1 hour before coming to your appointment. We recommend bringing in a sugary beverage and/or a snack to keep your blood sugar regulated and to munch on during breaks. Shower, exfoliate & hydrate your skin that morning. Please do not come in after a workout or sweating without showering. Avoid wearing strong perfumes. Wear clean & loose-fitting clothes; something you wouldn’t mind getting stained with ink. Children under 18 are only allowed in the shop with a guardian present. Please limit your guests to one person who will need to stay in the lobby during your session. Feel free to bring headphones or a book to entertain yourself, especially during long sessions. Some of our artists have TVs in their rooms as well. Please reschedule if you are not feeling well.

What type of payment methods do you accept?We accept all credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. For your convenience, we also accept digital payment forms like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Are deposits required for all appointments?Yes. Deposits are required for all scheduled appointments. The deposit will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo. A new deposit is required for each scheduled appointment. *Deposits are nonrefundable.
